Return

If you wish to return the product please contact us. Depending on circumstances of return , we can arrange collection of goods at our discretion or  we will require you to return the product at your own expense. You must take reasonable care of the products whilst in your possession. We will accept returns if:

(a) The product was damaged or faulty: we will either replace the product or give you a full refund (including postage costs if you incurred them). Please inform us which option you prefer. If you want a replacement, we will wait for the damaged / faulty product to be returned before despatching a new product and refunds will be given on receipt by us of the returned product.

(b) The product was incorrectly supplied: If we made a mistake and sent you the incorrect product, on receipt by us of the returned product we will give you a full refund (including postage costs if you incurred them).

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract for the supply of products for any reason. We will refund the price of the product only (all postage costs will be your responsibility), to exercise your right of cancellation you must: ยท Give us written notice of your desire to cancel within 7 working days (any day other than weekends, bank holidays or public holidays) after you receive the products.

  • Your notice must be in written form, by hand, post, fax, email (notice by telephone is not adequate service and will not be accepted) giving details of the products and delivery address.
  • The product must be promptly returned to us at your expense.
  • If you fail to return the products to us after you have cancelled the contract we shall be entitled to charge you the costs we incur in recovering the products from you.
  • You must take reasonable care to ensure that the products are not damaged in the interim or in transit.
  • The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt.

Refunds shall be made within thirty days following the date of receipt of the cancellation notice. Refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return the product. These are available free at the post office.

Please send the original invoice receipt ( this comes with your order) or enclose a letter with your full name and address, invoice number, with your return items learly state whether you would like a refund or exchange. Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packing) to:
